Grant R. Menard was born and raised in historic New Bedford, Massachusetts and now resides in Fairhaven, Massachusetts. Grant attended Cape Cod Community College working his way to the top of his class and becoming part of the International Honor Society "Phi Theta Kappa".

In February of 1997 Grant left school to pursue a career in the mortgage finance industry. He graduated from the Lee Institute of Real Estate in February of 1997, holds designations RMU/CRA from the National Association of Review Appraisers & Mortgage Underwriters, and is a Notary for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Grant worked for a relatively large mortgage company where he excelled in sales leading 9 out of his 11 year tenure. Grant left his position after much success to be part of Stonegate Mortgage. He envisioned working for a mortgage company where he could have complete control of his files, have access to more competitive rates and pass even more savings on to his existing and future client base. Grant brought with his 11 years of professional mortgage experience a strong dedication to customer service when he joined the Stonegate Mortgage Associates in May of 2008. We are very proud to have him as part of our team.

Grant currently resides in Fairhaven, Massachusetts with his fiancée Maria and his daughter Isabella Grace. Grant enjoys working on his home, skiing and traveling whenever he gets the opportunity to do so with his family.
